Adventures in Social Development provides performance-based, social opportunities to individuals, organizations, and communities using role-play technology and principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to achieve higher outcomes within their goal setting environment. 
Social Skills instruction (in all aspects/classes):  instruction and guidance in formal and casual conversation with peers, but also with people of all ages. Learn appropriate leisure and recreation behavior and conversation.
Drama Classes: Instruction in acting, directing and role play
ASD works with all ages and abilities to enhance social opportunities using interactive role play design, dramatic play, and improvisational acting to augment social skills development and enjoyment for all participants. 
Goal: a full-scale production with script, costumes, sets, props, and

lighting. 

Opportunities to learn to use technology to design and record short clips and short movies (YouTube)
Drumming Classes: instruction in rhythm and music appreciation, for improved skill but also for fun, relaxation, and stress reduction
Life Skills: Cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, phone etiquette, functional math and reading skills, money management, social concerns.
Vocational Skills: Learn to apply, to place follow up phone calls or emails

and interview for a job. Learn appropriate conversation with co-workers.

Formally assessing vocational skills and interests to help determine what

education to pursue and/or what types of jobs to apply for.
Leisure opportunities: Just to have a safe place to hang out with friends.
Service: Opportunities to gain skills that would allow individuals to help, support and give back to the ASD center and community
